Using old world techniques and new technology, Our Master Pizzaiolo creates traditional Napolitano style pizza in a wood fired brick oven hand made in Italy by the Stefano Ferara family of Naples.
We are inspired by the simplicity and sustainability of Italian cooking. We work with only the freshest of organic ingredients and source most of our produce from our home place, Campovida, less than one mile away. The abundance of farm-to-table-locavore can be tasted in every bite.
Our pizzas pair nicely with carefully curated handcrafted beers. If you prefer vino, try one of our organic or biodynamic wines, produced at the Campovida winery.
